Sares Regis Multifamily Funds transform underperforming multifamily properties into thriving communities and successful real estate investments.
Our comprehensive approach stems from experience and knowledge gained over 25 years and the skill of our vertically integrated team.
The first Sares Regis Multifamily Fund in 2013 represented an evolution of the value-add platform established by Sares Regis in 1993. Building a premier private equity fund management platform, our team continues to identify and underwrite attractive investment opportunities and implement effective solutions to create value.
Sares Regis Multifamily Funds primarily focus on high-growth, supply constrained Western United States markets.
